Areej International provides highly qualified Full-Time and Part-Time Safety Advisors to support organizations in promoting a strong health and safety culture while ensuring full compliance with applicable legislation, standards, and client-specific requirements.

Our Safety Advisors work closely with management and the workforce to implement effective safety policies, procedures, and controls. They support organizations across a wide range of industries—from large multinational operations to small and medium-sized enterprises—helping to plan, implement, monitor, and continuously improve occupational health and safety performance.


Role & Responsibilities

Areej International Safety Advisors may operate as Health & Safety Officers or Practitioners and are responsible for a broad range of safety management activities, including:

  • Supporting the investigation of incidents, near misses, and non-injury claims to determine organizational liability and corrective actions

  • Carrying out assigned duties under the direction of the Health & Safety Manager or project leadership

  • Monitoring compliance with safety standards, procedures, and the use of approved materials across work activities

  • Liaising with local regulatory authorities and external stakeholders as required

  • Delivering safety training and toolbox talks to promote safe work practices

  • Recommending and supporting changes in work practices to reduce or eliminate avoidable hazards

  • Maintaining accurate records of workplace incidents, claims, and safety performance data

  • Supporting the training and development of junior staff and safety personnel

  • Ensuring proper use, maintenance, and compliance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in line with manufacturer instructions and site requirements
